  • Where is the nearest supermarket?
    • Bintang Supermarket is very close to Villa Kubu, only about a 5-minute walk or 3 minutes by Villa Kubu’s bicycles, which are complimentary for our guests
  • Where is the nearest ATM to Villa Kubu?
    • There is an ATM next to Bintang Supermarket
  • How long does it take to go to the airport?
    • Ngurah Rai International Airport is usually about 30 minutes by car, but can be up to 45 minutes in peak traffic – our concierge can advise based on your time of travel
  • Where is the nearest beach and how far is it?
    • Seminyak Beach, also called Double Six Beach, is a 20-minute walk, 5 minutes by scooter, 15 minutes by bicycle, taxi or Kubu’s free daily shuttle
  • Do you have twin beds?
    • Many of our bedrooms can be made up with twin beds, available by request and subject to availability
    • Some bedrooms can also have an extra single bed added
  • Do you have a baby car seat, baby cot, pool toys, and pool fence? Are they free?
    • Villa Kubu provides baby car seat, baby cot, pool toys and pool fence for free for our guests, depending on availability so please request at time of booking

    • Last minute bookings, 15 days or less before arrival, enjoy a 5% discount, which can be combined with other offers (unless specified)

  • How do I settle the payment / deposit to secure the villa?
    • Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card – there is an additional fee at 2.5% for each transaction payment made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard & American Express)
    • A deposit of 20% is payable with 5 days if booking more than 30 days from check-in, with the balance payable 30 days before check-in.
  • Is there any additional charges or tax to pay?
    • All bookings are subject to 21% Indonesian Hotel Sales Tax and Staff Service Charge, which will be included and itemized on all quotes from our website and reservations team
  • If I have to cancel my booking, what is the refund policy?
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are charged at 100%
    • Cancellations made outside 30 days or more before arrival are charged at 20%
    • Certain special offers may come with their own specific cancellation terms.

    • Late check-out between 2pm and 6pm costs 50% of nightly rate when available
  • Do you offer late breakfast?
    • Our breakfast is served from 7am to 11pm.

  • How fast is your WiFi and is there a usage limit?
    • We have the fastest possible cable WiFi in Bali at speeds often over 20Mbps
    • There is no set data usage limit but a fair use policy applies
  • Is it possible to have a villa with lots of sunshine?
    • All of our villa’s pools and gardens catch the sun during the day – if you have a preference for direct sun or extra shade please ask bookings@kubuvillasseminyak.com
  • What happens if there is a volcanic eruption that delays or cancels my trip to Bali?
    • We will issue you a credit for the full value of your booking, valid for 6 months
  • What happens if there is a volcanic eruption that delays my flights home from Bali?
    • We will offer you at extension at 50% of our usual nightly rate, subject to availability
