This cliff front villa not only boasts luxury and comfort inside of the villa grounds, but a location that makes the property a Bali home away from home. It is situated within the small and peaceful Pecatu village, which is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in Bali.
Running next to the villa, is a small path guiding guests down the hillside to the golden sands of Nunggalan Beach. At about 15 minutes, the walk is through somewhat rugged terrain of natural vegetation and not for the faint of heart, but pays off when the stunning hidden beaches of Bali often only enjoyed by surfers are revealed.

A fully equipped private kitchen is located in the living and dining space of the villa, while a full professional kitchen is located downstairs to accommodate a professional chef and kitchen staff for personal use or catering on-site events.
A BBQ grill outside may be used for entertaining guests in a backyard barbecue type setting.
A full daily breakfast is provided, and lunch and dinner can also be provided at an additional cost. The professional chef can prepare both local and international cuisine at your request. The daily prepared breakfast included in the villa rate may include classic continental favourites including any style of eggs a guest may desire.

This villa is focused both on relaxing and entertaining. Indoor and outdoor speakers provide high-quality listening experiences anywhere on the property, and guests may connect the speaker system to their own device or browse the massive music library available on the grounds.

A 13 m swimming pool stretches towards the horizon and there are several sun beds for lounging and soaking up the sun whilst enjoying the amazing view of the Indian Ocean.

Staff & Services
The staff are fully trained to be efficient and discreet at all times. Airport transfer service provided by staff picks you up at the airport, brings you to the villa and takes you back to the airport at the end of your stay. Car and driver services are on-call up to 8 hours per day with seating for up to 6 passengers to take you to see all of the sights of Bali. Fully staffed with a villa manager, private chef, butler, house keeping staff, pool attendant, security, and gardener.
A 24 hour security service keeps the villa private and secure at all times, and safety boxes are available for keeping belongings safely locked away.
Villa manager is available to help with any requests and help you organise your days and evenings, including sightseeing itineraries, special events in the villa such as birthdays, anniversary celebrations and others.

The Surrounding Area
A small path beside the villa leads down the hillside to the golden sands of Nunggalan Beach below.
It is about a 15 minutes walk down the hill along a small path through natural vegetation, neither for the old nor the infirm, but the rewards are manifold upon reaching the shores of Nunggalan Beach.
One of the most beautiful beaches in Bali and one of the most hidden, only very few people other than a few surfers enjoy this beautiful spot

Aside from Nunggalan beach, there are several other nice beaches close to the cliff top villa.
Nyang Nyang beach is on the bay adjacent to Nunggalan Beach. World famous surfing beaches Padang Padang , Dreamland and Balangan is a 15 minutes drive. The Nusa Dua area, which is a 30 minutes drive has some nice beaches with calmer sea ideal for families.
There are 2 Beach Clubs with the ‘Wow Factor’ of amazing view, beautiful beaches and great F&B facilities, a 20 mins drive, both offering day passes to daily guests.

The Iconic Pura Luhur Uluwatu Temple is a 5 minutes drive from the villa and is renowned for its magnificent location perched high on a clifftop overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean. You can also enjoy the daily Kecak Dance Perfomances with a mesmerizing sunset as a backdrop.
